1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pk 33 platform and all services included within it. pk 33 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By creating an account on this platform and using any of its services, you voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms may change from time to time. If you continue using the platform after a change, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms. You are encouraged to read the latest version at all times.

2 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

2.1 Primary Definitions

• "Platform" — The pk 33 website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "Member" or "User" — A person who holds a registered account on pk 33.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile on the pk 33 platform.
• "Bonus" — An incentive reward granted by pk 33, usable under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the only currency used on this platform.
• "VIP" — pk 33's loyalty programme through which regular members receive special benefits.

2.2 Rules of Interpretation

In these Terms, words in the singular may also carry a plural meaning and vice versa. Headings are for reading convenience only and do not affect the legal interpretation of any clause. Where the words "including" or "such as" are used, the list that follows is not exhaustive.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To open an account on pk 33, you must be 21 years of age or older. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed and the balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, complete, and up to date. pk 33 reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time. If your details change, you must update your account promptly.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your credentials.

3.4 Single-Use Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is generally not permitted. If an exception is needed in special circumstances, prior approval must be obtained from the support team.

4 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

pk 33 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For this purpose, you may be asked to submit a National ID card, birth registration certificate, passport, or another government-issued identity document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

pk 33 is committed to keeping minors safe from online gaming. If there are children or teenagers in your household, please enable parental controls on your device and keep your login details secure.

5 Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on pk 33 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). To add funds to your account, you must first log in and go to the deposit section.

5.2 Withdrawals

Members may withdraw their funds at any time, with a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳800. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

5.3 Account Currency

All transactions on pk 33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no option to transact in cryptocurrency or any foreign currency.

5.4 Transaction Security

All transactions are completed through SSL-encrypted connections. pk 33 does not store any payment details on its own servers — the payment gateway communicates directly with the relevant payment service provider.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

6.2 Other Promotions

pk 33 runs various promotions for regular members. Each offer has its own terms and is limited to a set time period. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

6.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Breaching bonus terms may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to exploit system weaknesses is detected, the account will be closed.
• The claim period for a bonus is generally 30 days — if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Policy

pk 33 offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, and other sports. The outcome of each bet is finalised after the event takes place and decisions cannot be changed. For incomplete events, pk 33 determines the outcome at its own discretion — that decision is final.

7.2 Slots and Casino Games

The results of slot machines and live casino games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game round is independent and previous results do not affect future results. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is set by the game provider.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error or disconnection, pk 33 will resolve the matter as best it can. However, pk 33 is not responsible for issues caused by internet outages or device problems.

7.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Taking advantage of technical errors on the platform.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times using more than one account.
• Match fixing or betting based on unlawful inside information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts or information.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by pk 33

pk 33 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before submitting the request. Any active bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gaming habits are getting out of control, you can request a temporary account suspension for a set period through the support team. Following the responsible gaming guidelines is recommended for all our members.

9 Limitation of Liability

pk 33 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, server outages, third-party service interruptions, or a user's internet issues. pk 33 reserves the right to void any abnormal outcomes (betting or game results) caused by a technical error.

Efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on the platform, but pk 33 accepts no liability for typographical errors or information delays. To the extent permitted by law, pk 33's maximum liability to a member will be limited to the amount the member has deposited.

10 Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

All graphics, logos, text content, software code, designs, and other elements used on the pk 33 platform are the intellectual property of pk 33 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using them for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or extracting any part of the platform by any technical means is prohibited.

11 Data Protection and Privacy

pk 33 is committed to protecting members' personal data. How your information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. That document forms an integral part of these Terms.

A member's information is used only for service delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. The terms set out in the Privacy Policy apply to any sharing of information with third parties.

12 Changes to Terms and Notifications

pk 33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified upon logging in to their account or by email. If you continue using the platform after the updated Terms take effect, this will be treated as your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you have a complaint, please contact the support team first. Sending a written complaint by email allows for a faster resolution. pk 33 treats all complaints seriously and aims to resolve them as quickly as possible.

13.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over the interpretation or application of these Terms, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. If discussion does not lead to a resolution, the applicable legal process will be followed in accordance with relevant law.
